Baker Tilly hold a seminar on amendments made to tax legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

With the organizational support of Baker Tilly, on January 15, 2020, a seminar was held at the Fairmont Baku Hotel on the topic “Changes in the tax legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan”.
In her opening speech, the Head of the Tax and Legal Affairs Department at Baker Tilly, Narmin Hajiyeva, noted that the goal of the seminar was to inform our clients about important changes in the constantly improving tax system and legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Together with Narmin Hajieva, the partner of Baker Tilly company Samir Veliyev, employees of the tax department of the company Sayavush Safiev and Rashad Goyushov also took part in the seminar. They provided information on the purpose and other aspects of the changes made to the tax legislation, then answered numerous questions of the participants in the event.

The event, which was attended by representatives of about 100 companies operating in various fields, provided information on additions and changes to the law, and provided detailed explanations for individual articles.
