Hasanova Bilgeys is an Audit Assistant Manager in Baker Tilly Azerbaijan. Bilgeys joined Baker Tilly Audit Azerbaijan CJSC in 2016. She was promoted to Audit Assistant Manager in 2022.  Bilgeys graduated from Khazar University with a bachelor's degree in Finance in 2016 with an honor diploma. She has extensive experience in auditing a wide variety of clients from oil and gas, mining, retail, manufacturing, and other sectors. She is especially specialized in auditing PSA companies and involves mainly in the Oil and Gas industry including the biggest audit client of Baker Tilly were conducted the audit of financial statements based on IFRS, Profit Tax Returns report (PTR), and Cost Recovery Reports (CRR). She has also participated in different projects including audit, review, and compilation of complex consolidated financial statements, audits, and review of different industries. Assignments included managing auditing projects, assigning staff to clients and overseeing projects to completion, managing a team of 14 in the auditing division, complying with policies, procedures, and standards at all times, writing and presenting audit reports, and offering recommendations for any weaknesses noted.
