Narmin Hajiyeva is a Partner/Tax and Legal Services at Baker Tilly Azerbaijan since March 2017. Narmin graduated from King's College London (KCL) with LLM degree on International Business Law in 2011. Narmin started her career as a lawyer at the Legal Department of the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan and was promoted to the Head of Tax Policy Department.

Throughout the years at the Ministry of Taxes, Narmin dealt with complicated taxation issues and led the Secretariat of Appeal Council of the Ministry. She has participated in many projects including amendments to the Tax Code, as well as the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan. She has also attended many conferences on taxation, international taxation organized by OECD, IOTA, IMF, and tax administrations of foreign countries.

In April of 2023, Narmin Hajiyeva awarded IBFD advanced professional certificate in international taxation (APCIT).
