Nijat Rahimov is a seasoned Audit Manager at Baker Tilly Audit Azerbaijan. His journey in the audit sector began in 2008 when he graduated from Khazar University with a bachelor's degree in accounting and auditing. In July 2008, he took his first steps in this sector by joining Moore Stephens Azerbaijan audit firm. In 2011, he joined Baker Tilly Audit Azerbaijan, where he had dedicated many years of service. Nijat's extensive experience in the audit sector encompasses a wide range of projects, including IFRS audits of both consolidated and individual financial statements, audits in the banking and industrial sectors, and special-purpose financial statement audits related to World Bank projects.

Nijat has played a pivotal role in numerous projects with organizations such as Azerbaijan Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund, Azerbaijan Railways, Azerbaijan Industry Group, Global Energy Azerbaijan Holding, Halliburton International Inc., Mirlex Trading LLC, Parabank, AA Service, Atlantic Waste Solution, Kredaqro, Nikoilbank, Union National Development Project (Azerbaijan), World Bank projects, Asian Development Bank projects, Kyrgyzstan Republic’s Community Development and Investment Agency, and Kyrgyzstan Ministry of Health Project Bishkek.
