Nurlan Ismailov is an Audit Manager. After graduating from Khazar University with a bachelor's degree in finance in 2012 with honor diploma he joined Baker Tilly Audit Azerbaijan CJSC in 2014. He was promoted to Audit Manager in 2023. He has extensive experience in auditing a wide variety of clients from retail, manufacturing and other sectors. In addition to auditing, he has been actively involved in reviewing financial statements, conducting special-purpose audit engagements, performing agreed-upon procedures and providing other assurance services. His primary responsibilities encompass managing audit engagements from the initial planning stage to final reporting which includes supervising staff, overseeing projects to completion, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting and auditing standards.

Nurlan has also been instrumental in various client projects, including collaborations with prominent entities such as Azerbaijan Railways, Atropatena Group (involving the compilation of IFRS financial statements), ANSAR Leasing, World Bank projects (also involving the compilation of IFRS financial statements), Halliburton International Inc., BakuBus LLC, and Metak (once again, involving the compilation of IFRS financial statements).
