Samir Valiyev is a Partner of the Baker Tilly Azerbaijan. He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics during the years 1991–1996.

After completing his education, Samir Valiyev began his career as an auditor at the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

He possesses extensive experience in accounting legislation, financial analysis, and business valuation.

Currently, he leads Baker Tilly Azerbaijan, a company he founded in 2007, which has been providing high-quality professional services to both local and international clients.
