With the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources (EMSN), Olive and Eldar pine trees were planted in Mushvigabad settlement near Baku city as a part of the initiative and aimed at helping to restore the ecological balance and protect the environment.

Mr. Firdovsi Aliyev, Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, by instilling a sense of care and love for nature, spoke about the importance of the campaign, the environmental measures that have taken place in the country in recent years, and the works carried out in this direction, and also shared his ideas and recommendations about ecological culture. Firdovsi Aliyev with great pleasure explained to the volunteers the working principle of drip irrigation systems, the rules of planting and caring for seedlings. After the valuable advice and inspiring speech of Firdovsi Aliyev, we felt proud to participate in this campaign, because we strongly believe that by planting more trees, we will contribute to global reforestation efforts, restoring lost forests, repairing damaged ecosystems and mitigating climate changes.
