Azer Gayibov is an Audit Manager at Baker Tilly Azerbaijan, where he has been contributing his expertise since 2014. He began his career with the firm as an Audit Assistant and progressed to his current role through his professional dedication and experience.

Azer holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Audit from Azerbaijan State Economic University.

Throughout his career, Azer has gained extensive practical auditing experience across various sectors in Azerbaijan, including transportation and communications, oil and gas, trade and services, and financial services.

His professional experience includes audit engagements for prominent financial institutions such as Azer-Turk Bank OJSC, Yelo Bank OJSC, Bank of Baku OJSC, Ziraat Bank OJSC, Turanbank OJSC, Muganbank OJSC, Nakhchivanbank OJSC, Bank Eurasia OJSC, AFB Bank OJSC, Rabitabank OJSC, Bank BTB OJSC, Expressbank OJSC, Premiumbank OJSC, and Nikoil Bank. He has also worked with corporate clients, including AGA Group of Companies, Azerbaijan Railways CJSC, Azeri Retail, Zqan Holding LLC, and Garant Holding LLC.

In addition, Azer has participated in various development and financial projects, collaborating with Finance for Development, World Bank projects, the Credit Implementation Agency, Sheki Sukanal, and EBRD projects.
