Ramil Badalov is an Audit Partner at Baker Tilly Azerbaijan. He joined the firm in 2011 and was promoted to Audit Manager in 2018. He graduated from Khazar University in 2008 with a degree in Accounting and Auditing and began his professional career at Moore Stephens Azerbaijan, an international audit firm, in May of the same year.

Throughout his career, Ramil has participated in a wide range of audit engagements, including audits of complex consolidated financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), audits of banks, insurance companies and retail businesses, as well as special-purpose audits of World Bank and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) projects.

His responsibilities include managing audit engagements, allocating staff to client assignments, overseeing project completion, leading a team of 25 professionals within the audit department, ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures and standards, preparing and presenting audit reports, and providing recommendations to address identified deficiencies. Ramil has been an ACCA member since February 2015.
