Saida Kangarli is currently a Tax Manager at Baker Tilly Azerbaijan. She joined the firm in December 2023 as a Senior Tax Consultant and was promoted to Tax Manager in 2026.

Saida began her professional career in 2013 at TID Consulting CJSC, where she spent 10 years working across various areas of taxation and accounting. During this period, she provided professional support to local and international companies in tax accounting, tax reporting, and tax risk management.

She has extensive practical experience in tax compliance, preparation and submission of tax returns, tax risk assessment, and the proper application of tax obligations. Her responsibilities also include participating in tax inspections, handling correspondence with government authorities on tax matters, and providing tax advisory services to clients. Saida holds a PMS certificate.
