Baker Tilly Azerbaijan attended Employability Week hosted by ADA University.
Vadim Abdullayev, Business and Financial Advisory Partner of Baker Tilly Azerbaijan welcomed and thanked the students for choosing Baker Tilly and shared information about the company history, achievements, as well as shared his views on the skills and qualities a good employee should have, talked about the benefits of willingness to learn and effective communication.
Session on Emotional Intelligence was held by Gunel Abbasova, PR and Marketing Executive of Baker Tilly Azerbaijan. Industry Insights session was held by Aida Musayeva and Mahrukh Aliyeva, Baker Tilly Azerbaijan Business and Financial Advisory Consultants during the Employability week organized by ADA University.
Nisa Gurbanli, ACCA, Audit Senior of Baker Tilly Azerbaijan delivered an interesting session on the improving interviewing and communication skills and help showcase the talents during an interview to impress employers. Because only by developing interviewing skills and practicing throughout the professional journey, one can feel more confident about any upcoming interview and experience a more fulfilling career.
5th day of ADA University Employability week session was dedicated to Upskilling for Success and Work Ethics that was delivered by Sabir Huseynov, Audit Associate of Baker Tilly Azerbaijan.
Business and Financial Consultants Nushaba Mammadova and Huseyn Ismayiloghlu held a session on Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Student innovators enjoyed innovation and entrepreneurship class activities and exercises. Session that focusses on building entrepreneurship skills can help students learn to be resilient and adaptable and can provide them with the knowledge and skills they need to start and grow their own businesses.
The last topic of the Employability Week on Personal Branding and Digital Networking was held by Gunel Salahova, HR Specialist of Baker Tilly Azerbaijan.
The last session / assessment and interview day at ADA University Employability week was dedicated to measuring a test-taker's knowledge, skills, willingness to work at Baker Tilly Azerbaijan and other topics.
Baker Tilly Azerbaijan Managers Bilgeys Alakbarli, and Nubar Allahguluyeva share valuable experiences that may help students to identity belonging, community ties, collaborative skills, and so much more. Baker Tilly Academy Director Matanat Bakirova attended the assessment test and shared training opportunities offered by the company.
