Highlights from AFChamber HR Academy – a two-month program designed to equip young HR professionals and students with practical tools, knowledge, and skills to prepare them for the labor market. Tarana Gurbanova, HR Director and Vusala Gasimova, Tax and Legal Assistant Manager, held an engaging session on “Employment Contracts and the Involvement of Foreign Nationals in Labor Relations.” The session covered key legal aspects of employment agreements, contract types, compliance requirements, and the specific procedures and regulations related to hiring foreign employees in Azerbaijan. The speakers shared real-life examples, answered questions from participants, and emphasized the importance of legal literacy in HR functions.
